Greetings all,

Been in the DC area for a few months slogging away indoors. Ready for some outdoor fun. I'm a former college swimmer turned triathlete with about 5 years racing experience (when deployments didn't derail my training). Looking for folks in the Alexandria area who are up for long weekend rides/runs (19-22mph/7:30 run). Riding with the Fresh Prince of Saigon was awesome, but making the trek north won't cut it with family time every weekend this summer.

Look forward to training and racing with many of you this year.
