Off-Season Spin instructor on vacation? No worry.
Always wondered if you could do a 2-hour spin but not ready to commit to 10 weeks? Here's your chance.
Forecast of 36 degrees sound crappy for outdoor riding? You can still see all of your friends.
I'm reserving the gigantic club room in my building and inviting you all over to spin with me, next Saturday, February 16. I have to pay to reserve the room, so we are taking $5 cash at the door to offset the cost. Anything extra I will use to buy snacks at an upcoming member meeting.
Parking is kind of a cluster in my neighborhood, so please carpool. You can pay an extra $5 to park in the lot in my complex. You can also drop off your bikes and trainers and park near Cantina Marina.
DOORS 8 AM
SPIN 8:30 AM
This is OPEN to ALL CLUB MEMBERS, and I'm limiting it to 80 people. RSVP here:
Your crazy club Vice President and aspiring spin instructor (me) will lead the class (one of Ron's recent Saturday workouts).
Also: there is a great view of the river and Hains Point from the club room, haha.
Hmmm Yoga or Spin? Yoga or Spin? That is the question?
Abby, this is incredibly nice of you to do this.
So, due to the low interest, I'm moving this spin to the fitness center in my building so that we don't have to pay the fee. That means:
1) IT'S FREE
2) It's VERY LIMITED. Only a maximum of 16 participants.
3) You can use the POOL (25-yard lap pool!) or TREADMILLS and LOCKER ROOMS.
But you MUST MUST MUST RSVP!
I will lead the Week 7 Workout that Ron sent earlier this week.
NOTE: You still must bring your own trainer, mat, and water/nutrition.
and don't forget your bike & your shoes :)
