I'm out for this week so my legs are fresh for the Army 10.

The group usually meets at 8th and Penn, SE but unless people say that they're riding tomorrow, I wouldn't count on a group being there. Some of the regular riders have other plans so it may be a small group heading out.

Myself, Kara, and Glenn are meeting at Haines Point, and then heading out. We will be rolling through G-Town around 8am. If we get there early, we will wait and leave at 8 sharp. We are going to the "T" and back. Pace is going to be moderate as we are looking to stay in our Aerobars as much as possible, and not to mention I have the Army 10 miler Sunday and a couple extra miles before the race.

Travis,

Don't feel bad, cause I need to be on the bike. If I was as fast as you, I would be doing the same thing.

I couldn't wave because I was driving so here is a late and virtual wave. You all looked good when I drove by as you were riding toward Georgetown this morning.

Maybe it was just that snazzy bike you ride.

55 miles beyond the T and back. Survived eyeball to eyeball standoff with stalking, foul-mouthed driver who cut me off. Cloudless skies, great day.

Michelle,

Yeah it's all about the bike, cause the rider was struggling Saturday.

That's because the rider was saving his energy to crush the Army 10 Miler.

It looks like I can't make it out for a ride this Saturday, so...

Anyone around to ride on Sunday? I need to get in a 3 hour ride rolling from the Hill at 8:00am. Who's in? You are also welcome to join me on a 90 minute run immediately following the ride.

From what I've seen lately, Andy is the only one who remembers what his bike looks like. If you need pointers on how to shift gears and apply the brakes, let me know. ;-)

And yes, I'm taunting you so that you'll feel obligated to come out and lay an ass whooping on me.

So no one is riding Saturday? Me and another guy are up for Saturday.

But I'd be willing to try Sunday perhaps. It's my first time on this ride with this group.

Thanks!
Ethan

Travis,

I am in for the ride. I will be leaving from Haines, so I will meet you at G-Town. Then I am going to get my run at Haines. What's the pace going to be like. I need to keep it just above casual, but not hard.
