Great ride out there folks. Much props out to the Lake Placid crew that decided to do another lap out to the T (we'll call you Double T Placid Crew). Hope you're still alive. Those last five long loops around Hains Point just about did me in- way to go Lawrence. Catch you all next weekend!

We will blame that decision on AJ. After calling you guys a bunch of girls I could not have two girls show me up :-) Those two are definitely ready for PLacid. Of course it started pouring on us as soon as we hit the T again.

Aren't you pleased to have those miles in now! If only Joe would not have gotten two flats, we could have beat the rain ;) Great ride all.

I second the props for the Double T crew! Eric, thanks for keeping it under 26 for me on lap five. See you guys next Saturday. And I just might sleep on the plane tonight!

If you haven't pulled your seatpost and drained your bike, I strongly recommend it. I dumped about 7 ounces of water out of my seat tube this afternoon!

Darn Lawerence, you'd figure that Seven would make a little drain hole at the bottom of your BB or close to it...even my Merckx has one and it is surely not as advanced as your seven ;)

Sorry for the late notice... Ride is ON

Usual plan, roll from Cap Hill (8th and Penn SE) at 7:10 sharp. Roll through G-town at 7:30.

There's a group of us heading out to Sugarloaf for 100 and a couple turning back earlier. See you tomorrow morn

Thanks for the great ride yesterday. Great getting some long miles in with Mark, Ben and Lawrence.

Thanks to Ben for grinding out those last HP miles.

See you all next week and hopefully Eric won't wuss out again ::;^):: JK-- Congrats to Eric and Christal on a beautiful baby girl!

Travis- Just because you decided to "wuss out" and go on the late ride (7am) doesn't mean I wasn't out at 6:30am... just saying. I saw you guys heading out on River when we were on our way back, you musta been taking it slow. Thanks though- and see you soon, although what are we going to do about the HP gate closure for the 4th of July fireworks- just ride anyway?

Probably will be - the real trash talk starts closer to Thursday and Friday... but generally there's a ride every weekend. I would imagine with Lake Placid being the following weekend and Total 200 this past weekend 7/18 might be a taper ride of like 56 miles.

Nice Eric. Thats exactly what I was thinking. A ride out to the T and back is just what I need.

So, actually I'm going to bail on the saturday ride as today is my birthday, and no body wants a woozy-rider in the AM. I'll be out for the Sunday 80miler. Thanks for the T200 tee-shirt, Eric.

I'm in for SAT ride this week. I think most of us will be heading out to Seneca and back for 55 miles round trip from the hill.

Leaving at 7 from the hill, roll through G-town at 7:30 (Wisconsin and M, NW)

It's ON-- just like Travis said- 7am start for about 55 miles.
Happy Birthday Sarah-- can't believe you're already skipping out.
