Tomorrow is 47 and rain. I doubt anyone is heading out.

Many, many, many thanks to those at Ohio and Buckeye who helped with my flat this morning, especially Travis, who lost ten minutes of his own ride changing it!

And typically I can change a flat in about 2 minutes. Except then I will have about 7 more flats in a row. Since it wasn't my bike I decided to give it the full treatment.

Well it would have taken me much, much longer, with no guarantee of a good result, so I appreciated the assistance!

Since I'm NOT working tomorrow, I plan to ride my intervals at Hains Point in the morning. When & where does the usual group meet? Near the golf course entrance?
