Seriously? Talk about March Madness... It's going to "feel like 23°" at 7am. Probably a bit chillier on the river side with those pesky winds. At least that will keep the tourists inside. I'm totally impressed with the bike training dedication! Awesome.

Not diesel enough....the group has disbanded. We won't be riding at HP tomorrow am (sorry, Pam, was really looking forward to seeing you again!). :( Hopefully will get down there later this week.

Lol. No worries, I had no idea it was going to be that cold tom. "Feels like 23" means it sounds like I'm sleeping in :) see you in about 20-25 degrees :)

Anyone want to ride tomorrow? The weather should be fairly nice. 50 and dry.

6:30 at the stop sign.

I'll be out there. I'm guessing we'll be relegated to short loops since the top side of the loop on Ohio is probably still one-way for the cherry blossom mayhem.

See ya at 6:30am,
-Brady

Anybody else planning to head out tomorrow AM? It looks like we'll have clear skies and mid-40's, so I'll be out there at 6:30a. We'll also have sun-up at 6:35, so no more riding in the dark.

Hope to see at least a few of you out there...

-Brady

I'll be there. You up for some zone 2 with a 10 minute interval at zone 3-4? Gotta tune up for the Saturday club duathlon...

Anybody know if Hains is flooded today? Was thinking of riding there, but wasn't sure if it was open or not.

It is most definitely closed. I was out running just now and got chased out of there by a police officer.

Anybody up for steady state recovery laps in the AM, followed by a run (~3 mi)?

Sounds like we may be relegated to laps on the top side, to the gate and back if things aren't dried out. If not in the AM, I'd be up for PM laps given the t-storms hold off?

Did anyone make it out this morning? Has our little island resurfaced?

One of my daily mile friends said that when the tide came in at 8:15, the point got washed out.

COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IS CANCELLED....
I'll be out there at 6:30am tomorrow, hoping to push a high cadence. Gates were opened back up last night, so I assume they will be in the AM.

Money. Anyone feel like doing this?

1:20h z2 with 15min at z4/5, rpm 70-ish for interval

That monster 15 min interval should be two short laps. The more folks we have the more fun it'll be!

In, see you guys tomorrow bright and early. I need to punish my biking legs after my embarrassing bike leg this past weekend at Rumpass.

I'll be there tomorrow at 6:30 as well. Probably won't be able to keep up with you all, but will be there nonetheless.

I should be down there then, but I think I'll split off. Need to do some long intervals in the aerobars.
