Will there be a B group tomorrow (6/3)?
I'll be there tomorrow morning. Not sure who else is in? I'm rolling @ 6:30am sharp from parking lot next to the tennis courts. My goal is to do four 10 min tempo intervals @ ~20mph, depending upon the wind, with 5 min easy spin between each interval. Anyone is welcome to ride with me...I just ask that you arrive warmed up and ready to go so we can get a solid workout in and make it to work on time.
I want to join you, but I may still need an extra day to recover. I'll make a game day decision in the morning.

I don't plan to run tomorrow, but more than likely will on Thursday if the weather cooperates.

I have to pass tomorrow. Dry needling on my calf tonight and have to wait 24-36 hours before a hard workout.

I'll be in the parking lot next to the tennis courts at 6:30am tomorrow morning. I'm planning at least six gate-to-gate intervals, starting at 20ish mph and building from there. Let's hope the weather holds! I will cancel by 6am if heavy rain/lightning seems likely.

For anyone who has done the Tues/Thurs rides over the last several seasons, you'll remember Brady Nelson who was organizing these rides along with Craig.
Brady left us and moved to San Francisco a while back. He quickly acquainted himself in the active scene there, including getting aligned with a few other DC Tri transplants, and was kicking ass training.
Unfortunately, Brady recently had a serious bike accident. Among other injuries, he basically broke half of his ribs, punctured and lung and had a fracture in his neck. His spirits were high and he was dedicated to toughing out the pain and getting better quickly. There have been some pretty dramatic setbacks along the way and he's facing a much longer road to recovery than I think any of us had originally expected. At last update, he's in an induced coma to help his body rest and recover - specifically targeting his lungs and the complications that have arisen as a result of the puncture.
There are a few ways you can lend some support to Brady if you wish.

Not sure what you are asking? I bike for about an hour, 15 plus miles. It depends on the day as to whether I do short interval loops or the tempo.
