Who wants to come out at 6:30 tomorrow to ride? I'm planning for 45-60 mins zone 2 with 10 mins at zone 3 (260W, 155-162)

Tuesday and Thursday mornings 6:30am at Hains Point at intersection of Ohio and Buckeye SW. (6:15am at Dunkin Donuts on Cap Hill roll-thru pick-up). All paces welcome for multiple laps. More information on the training page
