Is there an expected turn-around time for gear orders in the store? My order from late March is "processing," according to the order status page. I'm not sure what that means, other than I can't cancel it at this point, and I don't have an ETA from the web site.
The custom gear buy that we did back in March is supposed to be arriving THIS week with shipment out to all individuals soon after arrival.
Did the gear order arrive? I'm glad I wasn't expecting to race in new kit for Black Bear, because I'm still waiting ...
Yes, gear arrived. All the NTPers were racing in it at Black Bear. Not sure why you didn't get yours yet.

Update -- on June 7, I received a package postmarked June 6. In it was the jersey I ordered, but not the shorts, with a note on the packing slip saying "Shorts to ship separately. Small [tri] shorts received from LG were defective." Any idea when the replacement shorts will be in, or when we found out the shorts were defective?
I'm glad I'm not planning on wearing club kit for a race until September because there's a chance I'll have my shorts by then, but frustrated with the delay and lack of updates on this, when it's a core part of the club's function.
