I have a question about training for Nations. Is it smart to follow the NTP training from mid-June onwards (about 1.5 months worth of training) since that's how much time we've got before Nations? Or is the NTP specifically for the first tri of a season and then you do something else?
I'm still taking it pretty easy this week with workouts but am more concerned about next week onwards. Any thoughts are appreciated.
Good question Sophie. I'm thinking about pretty much doing the same thing, just adjusting to focus on some of the stuff I need to work on based on my race in NJ. Interested in hearing others' thoughts
