Your welcome. The google calendar is really a temporary fix until the web developer is able to make our calendar function properly. I didn't want to crowd the calendar with every event, but I think I can add more calendars where people can switch on/off "weekly workouts" or "social events" and so on.

Will your calendar be available as an ical link as well? Reason i ask is because right now, I've added the workout calendar to my google account, I see it on my desktop, phone, and have set it to receive alerts using the google alert systema and since it contains addresses it also maps my GPS. Thanks again!

I don't know if the one the web developer is working on will be an ical link. In the mean time, I will add on to the existing google calendar.
