light for running at night
POSTED: 11/23/11 11:22 AM

Hi:

I am working downtown for 6 months and I'm thinking of occasionally running back home along the CCT. But I will need some kind of light gear (CCT gets very dark). I once wore a headlamp but it would bounce all the time and was very inconvenient (but perhaps it was not the right one to wear). Or some light to wear around the waistline; any suggestions? Thanks! Carlos.

I did the Ragnar with one of the petzl headlamps and it worked fine.

I've heard about Knuckle Lights, though I've never used them myself:

Go to RoadID.com. Their Firefly clip on lights are awesome. You can get them if four different colors.
