Core and Yoga classes in Georgetown?
POSTED: 3/05/09 10:10 AM

I recall reading on the old site that there were free core and yoga classes one or two days a week (I believe the core training was Sat at 10am)...but, I can't remember the locations and exact details. Anyone have this information?
Thanks, Stacey

Here is the info on the core class on Sat. If this is your first time, be prepared to be in great pain for a few days afterward.

If you go to the Core class be ready. I went last week and am just now getting to the point where I can walk like a human.

I can also vouch for the great pain that results from spending just 1 hour with Josh Courage at Lululemon on Saturdays. Be prepared to feel the burn...for days!!! ::B^>::

All these classes are listed in the "Training" section of the website under "X-train" for cross-training. Full details and links to the lululemon website can also be found there!
