Ok, sounds good. I'm planning on trail running too if you're interested. But like you said, it will be a no go for me if it's raining, or if it looks like it will rain earlier than forcasted. Not worth the drive if we'll have to cut the ride short.

I have spent the morning stretching, but the pain is not improving, and I don’t think I'll be able to endure the hills of PWF in this condition. So I apologize for starting this thread only to cancel. Maybe we could try again next weekend?
