Just a quick update. Michelle and I have been talking about how to keep the weekly training plans up to date for each of the main races – Timberman, Augusta and Austin. Currently the weekly plans are based on Timberman, so I think Augusta should be about on week 2 and Austin building endurance.
Check back soon for updates and I am hoping to have it up and running by the end of the weekend. I will post again when it's done.
Please let me know any comments, feedback, suggestions on the layout once it’s done.
I hope you all had a great weekend of training and the heat wasn't too bad. We had a great ride up in Riley's locks! The cue sheets are posted and I hope we go back again.
Michele and I have been working on the weekly training plans and they are now broken up into the 3 major races. Please let me know what you think and if there are any comments or suggestions to make this easier for you all.
One suggestion I have: It would be really GREAT if we knew what we were doing where on the weekends at least a few weeks in advance. Maybe I've missed something (wouldn't be the first time!) but I have been finding out about the weekend plans from the weekly e-mail, which sometimes doesn't arrive til thursday. Would be very helpful if we could scope out a few weeks in advance. thanks.

The 3 groups are updated for the next few weeks. I have a bunch of the workouts that I will continue to add, and do my best to keep the current week's schedules first.

Unfortunately I had to re-link EVERYTHING and I hope it turned out okay. Please let me know if any of the links don’t work. Otherwise, the current and old workouts, as well as the swim workouts, should be up to date and properly linked to the right pdf file.
I just needed to say that Amanda is a godsend! If I had to post all the plans myself, you'd just have one big file that said to go out and swim then ride then run and repeat. She's done a great job of keeping the mass of files that I send her organized and ready for everyone.

I'll echo that - Good luck Timberman HIPsters! Enjoy the race and the Clambake & Lobsterfest! You've all trained hard and you'll do great. I can't wait to see lots of pictures with DC Tri colors rocking the course.
Are the new swim workouts up for the remaining weeks? I could have easily missed them...to much training...ha ha.
