In case you missed it, Mark Renshaw of the Columbia HTC team at the Tour de France became the first rider in 8 years to get DQ'd for something other than doping, after he headbutted Julian Dean THREE TIMES during the final sprint of Thursday's stage. Then he cut off Tyler Farrar to prevent Farrar from challenging Mark Cavendish for the stage win.
In appreciation for Renshaw's actions, Tour officials promptly dismissed Renshaw from the rest of the race.
Here's the video of the final sprint at the Versus channel on YouTube:
cutting off farrar is what annoys me most. ah, cavendish, why is you so tacky?
A bit of a disappointment that Cavendish got to keep the win.
