how do people suggest getting a good aero bar fit? is it just trial and error? should i go to my lbs?
first time riding with them today so im still just getting used to riding in them but they are awesome for the hill by my apt
LBS, and one that's qualified to do a time trial setup. It's not just a matter of slapping on the bars and going, unless you're insanely flexible and/or have a high pain threshold.
I tried to fit myself buying bars, a forward seatpost, and shorter stem using the method of slowtwitch.com and just never got it right. Finally gave in and went to Contes, who set me straight. Worth the $.
good to know. i have been looking at the ST method =)
how much would a fitting cost me at contes?
