Trainer vibrations

Any tips for minimizing vibrations from your bike when you're on the trainer? No issues when I have my mat on regular carpet so it's not the trainer set up but when it's on a wood floor or a rug on the wood floor I feel like I'm riding on train tracks :(

- clean the roller
- clean the rear tire
- put extra padding under the trainer (like a folded towel) to absorb the vibration
- ride outside! it's warm out!

Also check the tightness of all the bolts on the trainer. I had a bolt start to come lose where the flywheel mounted to the frame and once that was tightened I had no more problems.

Rode outside this am, problem solved :)

Thanks for the recs guys! I'll try them out next time I have to hop on the trainer...Hopefully the weather will be nice so I don't have to do that anytime soon though
