Does anyone have a good strength training program for the gym? I've been seriously neglecting this portion of the training and could use some good advice
On a completely different topic, my girlfriend is looking to purchase a bike to start riding. Does anyone have or know of someone who has a good used bike for sale?
2. What size bike? If you're not sure, hit up local bike shops and have her test ride different makes/models/sizes and then keep an eye on Craigslist for something in your price range.
