I joined DC Tri to get into the NTP but it filled up so quickly that I couldn't get in! Am still training for my sprint but I don't have a plan - so it feels more like I'm exercising at this point instead of training. Does anyone have a training schedule that they used for a sprint that they could share with me please. Or could someone recommend a good website training program they used (free or subscription). Any guidance would be much appreciated.
