Sign up for a two hour-long freestyle stroke clinics this Sunday morning at Yorktown. Especially for those that just ran at Rock and Roll - it will be a great way to keep your legs moving. Don't worry because it's a stroke clinic, there won't be massive yardage - it's more about tuning up your stroke via drills to make sure that you are getting the most out of your swim workouts.
These clinics are particularly geared toward the intermediate swimmer -- someone who can make it through a masters practice, but who wants some pointers on how to improve stroke efficiency and overall swim mechanics.
For current masters swimmers - sign up on the TeamUp website to reserve your spot, just as you would for a regular weekday swim practice.
And if you are interested in this clinic and joining the Masters Swim Program – head on over to the Program’s Menu and click on Masters to find out how you can join in the practices, clinics, and tapings that we offer – check us out. There is also an option to just sign up for this clinic - which will be $20 a person.
If you have any questions, feel free to drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Great, I registered. See you there!
Anyone interested in breakfast after the stroke clinic?
Say at Northside Social or Metro29 Diner?
