Track practice at Wilson HS - states Wednesday at 6:30, then below, says Tuesday at 6:30pm.
Anyone know if it's tonight or tomorrow?

It used to be Tuesdays but now we are doing it on Wednesdays to accomodate the large number of attendees who want to do Conte's rides on Tuesdays.
I'm biased because I lead these things, but I think that they must be going well because these crazy people keep showing up to these workouts (these days we are having usually between 15 and 35 people show up)...or perhaps DC Tri members just like to be tortured.
As an FYI-- tomorrow we are doing a 35 minute workout of cruise intervals (6 of them at 5 minutes each)-- thats tempo pace, or in other words, probably your 10K or 10mile pace. 1 minute jog in between each. Should be fun.
These are great and have definitely made me faster. There's no way you can replicate group workouts on your own and its great to have everyone there pushing you along.
