Description: This workshop will address topics that include:
- Why triathletes experience knee pain
- Causes of knee pain in triathletes
- The most common athlete knee injuries
- What you can do to manage your knee pain
- How to prevent knee pain
This session will include an open forum where attendees may ask questions about knee injuries or any knee pain they are experiencing.
Brian Neville, DPT, USAT Triathlon Coach and Christine Gorby, PT, DPT, SCS, ATC. Brian is an experienced physical therapist, triathlete, and USAT Triathlon Coach. Christine is a certified sports physical therapist, manual physical therapist, and athletic trainer who lectures at GWU's department of Health Sciences.
