PhiloSana Sports offers personal coaching for triathletes of all levels. We focus on offering a comprehensive, customized individual training plan for each athlete's needs including personal skills assessments, coached small group and individual workouts, race-day nutrition advice and more. PhiloSana offers the DC Tri Club a special Half Ironman group training program with race specific training plans, group workouts, and skills clinics. We also offer club members a discount on custom personal training.
