Event begins on Sunday, September 25 at 8:00am, with rides starting at 8:30am. We'll start from the south picnic area, where we had T2 for some of the training tris this year.
For those who are still training, here are the workouts:
12.8-mile bike (4 short loops)
3.2-mile run (1 short loop)
QuarterMaxx (nope, the Myrtle race is NOT an Oly!):
25.6-mile bike (8 short loops) OR
Take your chances on 4 long loops and a short loop for a total of about 25 miles
6.4-mile run (2 short loops) or... whatevs.

The DC Triathlon Club will provide hamburgers and veggie burgers and the regular fixin's as well as water and Gatorade.
We ask Club Members and their guests to bring the following items by last name:
G-L: Side Dish (no chips)
Q-S: Fruit or Veggie side
T-Z: Side dish (chips ok!)
