This Thursday is the club wide Happy Hour and there's a big bonus... Motion Commotion DC Welcome Party! Thursday, July 19th Club Wide Happy Hour! AND Motion Commotion DC Welcome Party!!
The Tri season is in full swing so be sure to take that rest day this Thursday. Come on out and join your club members while you learn and celebrate Motion Commotion's accomplishment of biking across the country while fulfilling their mission of giving educational seminars at schools and youth groups in order to bring health, physical activity, friendship and adventure into thier lives.
