Half Iron distance: 1.2 mile swim; 56 mile bike; 13.1 mile run.
Full Iron distance: 2.4 mile swim; 112 mile bike; 26.2 mile run.

With a series of clinics covering swim technique, nutrition, race planning, running form, among many others, with group workouts, with advice from DC Triathlon Club Elite Team members, with training plans from a USAT Level II triathlon coach and US Level III cycling coach, you will not find better programs out there that will help you reach the finish line of your 2019 goals!
