- Schedule: Sundays 8:30-9:45 AM / Thursdays 6:30-8 PM
- Location: National Harbor, MD for weekly swims; DMV for clinics and races; NC for camps
- DC Tri Partnership: 10% Tri Club Member discount on WaveOne swims, clinics, and events (except private lessons). Members can view the discount code when logged in – see “Club Info” tab on the homepage.
- Cost: $40 per swim when you sign up online
