You could try finding a pool that uses Bromine instead of Chlorine and see if that helps. I don’t know any off the top of my head that use it though, so you’ll have to do a little research. Hope that helps and hope you feel better!!

Me and a couple other people in the NoVa are working on getting a meetup going on Mondays @ 8:30PM. I’m going to be running it so you’ll need to add me on Zwift for me to add you to the meetup. My Zwift name is: Brian O’D.

Hi Joseph! I’d be down to Zwift on Saturdays. I don’t normally but we could get something going. I’ll add you on Zwift

Yup I drive there too after I get off work since I don’t live close to the trail. I usually park in Sherlington at the Barcroft Community Center in Barcroft Park (4200 S Four Mile Run Dr, Arlington, VA 22206). They have a parking deck so I just leave my car in there, and then the trail is on the other side of Four Mile Run Dr. There’s a cross walk and a light so you don’t have to worry about dodging traffic 🙂

When you get on the trail, go to the left. The right takes you to the start of the trail, which is about 0.5 miles down the road. Happy riding!

    Hi Thianny!

There’s always the Washington-Old Dominion trail that goes from Arlington to Purcellville  (around 40 miles long). Its a well maintained trail that’s just for bikers/runner/walkers. Paved the whole way. You could either drive there and start from the trail head, or there are ways to navigate there from DC to the trail. But if you’re uncomfortable around traffic, being able to drive to the start is probably your best bet. Hope that helps!

thanks mosered! I will definitely try to make the next one! And it looks like PeasantMan is the same day as the Smith Mountain Lake one but I’ll keep it in mind!
