i think the most important thing is knowing what size bike you need (I bought a road bike based off of the shops recommendation but it’s actually a size too big). Hey Arika,
I would suggest coming to Masters Swim. It’s a fun group of people with all swim levels! Masters Swim also does private coaching. All the coaches are great for moral support and high fives too!
