Hi Folks. Can I join your on your ride if my pace is 11-12 mph? I’m a new triathlete looking for a 40 mile ride once a week. I usually go for a 26 miler on Tuesdays at Hainspoint, however, I need more hill training.

I can go for longer without a problem if necessary.

Hi Friends,

I’m looking for a running coach. I really don’t know much about running or running form. I was able to do a half marathon or two a year ago but that doesn’t say much considering I wasn’t combining that with swimming and biking. I’m 5’5″ with a short torso so someone my size would be preferable. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the info Kate. So the event is in the state park off the dock or somewhere else around the lake? If somewhere else, do you have coordinates so we know where to drive too?

Hi Kate. We got your email. It’s great! However, I have a question about the open water swim clinic. Which option should we choose when signing up. There is the PeasantMan Fundamentals Open Water Swimming Clinic and the New Triathlete Program Open Water Swimming Clinic. Which one should we signup for if we’re new to open water swimming?
