  • I was divorced in 2012-13 and accelerated my casual running and biking to keep myself sane. As I thought about my post-divorce life, in my early 40s, I thought I wanted to be closer to young and fit rather than […]

  • I don’t know but I like Rev3 races and how put little a motivational note in your race packet! A few of us are signed up for Virginia Blue Ridge but I’m afraid that is tentative too.

  • Lots of great suggestions from AJ!

    Adding a couple more.

The Maryland Swim for Life is coming up. You could do the swim with them and then your own bike.

Another place could be Chickahominy Riverfront Park, the site of Rev3 Williamsburg. I think you can swim there or Jamestown Beach and then you could do the Rev3 half course.

Here are the results for the last stage, Champs-Georgetown or should we say Champs-MacAuthur.

It was indeed a sprint to the finish with Rob starting first and throwing down a gauntlet with a blazing time to the BP. Then Chris and Ryan responded. Unfortunately Strava didn’t quite catch Chris on the way out despite his blazing time back–seems the…[Read more]

Here’s a nice loop from Pro Bike FC to Wolf Trap. It’s a great route with a nice little descent to Little Pimmit Run near the beginning and lots of McMansions to see along the way.
