Good morning! I hope everyone is good and ready for the learning portion of your training program. We are grouping them together now to give you what you need to ramp up the season fully armed and ready! We know for the half Ironman distance that every clinic here is relevant and needed. A successful race is never guaranteed…The more prepared you are, the better.
So, again, we look forward to seeing you on Sunday at 10:45 am. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your running shoes/clothes, swimming gear, foam roller and lunch. You will have 10 minutes between clinics so we will keep a tight time schedule…thus the more prepared, organized and on time you can be (and we will try our best too), the more seamless everything will run. And we want you to get as much out of these skill clinics as you can. Thus we recommend you attend both clinics (March 5th and 12th)!
