Hi Coach AJ,
I’m sorry I wasn’t able to attend the HR Training session last night due to a prior commitment. Maybe you covered this and someone in the program can help me, but I ended up frustrated and abandoned my planned workout on Sunday. It was an 1:10 run with 5 x 5 pickups into Z3 and 3 min recovery in Z2 between. Frankly, for me to run = automatically in Z3. There is no way I can physically run in Z2!!
How do other people handle this?
