Workout for W-L HS track on Wed Morning (6/7) from Jule and her comment. For those who is tapering for races this coming weekend, you will be doing modified workout.
As always, 6am for individual warm up, 6:15 am for group workout starting the corner toward N. Stafford St. and Washington Blvd.
10 x 400 @ 1:00 rest
Total time on each of the 10 should be within 5 seconds of each other. Avoid starting out too fast or too slow. For beginners, start on the easier side and then increase speed. Pacing is important and knowing your body’s capability.
