****Daylight saving time starts Saturday night/Sunday morning.  Please set your clocks forward 1 hour before you go to bed on Saturday evening.  If not, you could miss your first hour of the clinics and we don’t want this to happen 🙂

As a reminder, this is our second of two skills clinic days.  To get the most out of this training program, please attend! Please bring your foam roller, bike and bike gear (weather dependent) and swim gear.  See you Sunday!
