Great feedback Jorge!  Yes, if you don’t set your LT in TP, every time you push hard or harder, I get an email in my inbox from Training Peaks.  For some of you, I have received so many that either you are continuing to gain fitness with heaps and bounds or you haven’t updated your LT or haven’t updated it properly 🙂

It’s a process!  However there is no better time to start than now!
