Hi all! Sorry to miss the clinic on Sunday – I know I would have benefited from the nutrition clinic. I’ve had another commitment on my calendar for many months- guess I should have sent an RSVP. In the past, I feel like (in the 1/2 ironman distance) I’ve gotten to sugar overload, so I’m looking forward to working on training with other more savory options. Thank you all for the recommendations? One thing that was mentioned (by Bryan, I think) was having combos – that sounds totally decadent!
