I had a slightly similar question (or rather, I’m looking for an excuse as to why I may have not performed as strongly on my bike test on Tuesday!) I stupidly didn’t notice that there was a bike test on Tuesday, and did a hefty squat/lunges set on Monday for strength conditioning. My legs definitely weren’t as fresh as other times I’ve tested (for OSP, in particular), but I was just one beat off from prior tests. Do I need to consider re-testing, or fine to keep using these zones until our next bike test in May?
