Thank you both! This is very helpful.

It was actually really hard to get up to my LT during yesterday’s run. I had a hard time keeping even just 160 for much of the run, and it was a very challenging effort to build faster for the last 1.5 miles. Since that was the case, should I be re-considering my LT test results and HR zones?

I could cite a number of reasons why I felt fatigued for Sunday’s workout (Sunday AM was very hot/humid; I was still fatigued from a later-than-normal Saturday afternoon workout; didn’t have time to eat a full breakfast before, etc etc) — but if I’m not able to get to LT, is that an indication that my test results are too high, and I should consider lowering my LT and zones a beat or two?
