Hey Mark! My intermediate training plan (which I think I saw from a previous post you are also following) has 1:30 bike/0:15 run. Looks like you can update the planned section of the run in TP.

And in case you also deleted the comments:

“Let your body unwind off of the bike. Focus on good form, engaging your glutes and high cadence (ideally 90 steps per minute per foot).”
