How is everyone managing with closed pools?
Have you been able to keep on top of a dryland routine?
What have you found to be helpful or productive for you?
Let’s share some ideas since it seems that the pools will most likely be closed for an indefinite time.
I will start, one of the best things that helped my swimming skills over the years was planks! Planks (only with good form) helped me learn to engage and then strength more core. An engaged core helped with my body position (no more sinking hips) and then everything else fell into place much easier.
