The first of three additional webinars is tomorrow (Tuesday) evening. While a few of the slides will be similar (running biomechanics), which we all know we need to here numerous times for the learning to resonate, the vast majority of the seminar has not been presented before. I dive into how to take optimize your performance once foundational running biomechanics are in place. Much of this learning is what is ‘under the hood’ of your workout that I have been encouraging during this transition time.
