Good morning IMP participants!
Despite your hopes for the Superbowl winner, here’s your opportunity to be your own winning QB! Yes, you must be knowledgeable and smart about your Ironman training. So please join us tonight to jump start that learning!
We have a large amount of information to cover. Thus we will start on time (6:30 pm). Please do your very best to be present by 6:30 pm as it is a distraction to all of us with late arrivals. In addition, we must have the meeting room broken down, cleaned up and be out of the building at 9 pm. Thus we will end the meeting at 8:30 pm to start this process. I welcome any assistance to stick around and help lend a hand.
In addition, I have received many questions in advance. This is helpful as I have compiled a list and will do my best to touch on as many of these questions as possible. That said, this is a group training program. it is not individual coaching and this program is not designed for data analysis. It is, however, our hope to arm you with the information you need so you can start understanding this process yourself. Therefore, I will do my best to answer questions that apply to everyone so everyone can learn. Please offer your questions with this in mind.
Otherwise, we hope to see you at the Kick Off Meeting. Hopefully you have read your Athlete’s Guide, as it will jump start your learning! It is the basis of your training program and training plan and it will be the foundation for our conversation this evening.
Kick Off Meeting: February 6th (6:30 pm – 8:30 pm)

We look forward to seeing everyone there!
