Winter Training Injury Prevention for Athletes
We will cover injury prevention techniques for all types of athletes. Will include some mobility and strengthening techniques for levels. This workshop is led by a licensed physical therapist. Come get started on your New Years Resolutions for a healthy and active 2017!Here’s how to sign up:
