Hey all – club races are coming back for the fall! Register now for our time trial on September 13, with Sprint and Olympic distance options to work on your bike pacing and speed! Register at https://www.webscorer.com/register?pid=1&raceid=384068.

Race #2 coming in hot! The second event is a Duathlon. Join us on Sunday April 13th for a flat and fun run / bike / run! Club member athletes will run 1.0 mile, ride approximately 12.5 miles (3 loops of Anacostia park), and then run 3.0 miles.

Check-in/Warmup: 7:30AM

General Start: 8:00AM

The first event is a Splash & Dash (Swim / Run)! Join us on Sunday March 23rd. Club members will swim 300 yards followed by a 2.4 mile run. Participants will snake swim the CUA pool and then transition to the run before exiting the natatorium and doing two loops of the CUA campus.
