I would like to nominate Jenna Hagger for Courtney Waltimyer Most Improved Athlete Award.

Jenna went from being a relative new tri athlete to winning several races in her age group and completing an Ironman in an extremely respectable place. She has trained very hard this past season and it showed. Tremendous improvement.
