It&#8217;s in Thurmont, MD, and we&#8217;re riding up that morning from DC (probably with 1-2 spots available in the car). I always did a little stretching before and after runs, and occasionally would do some strength training (3x/week offseason), but certainly not year-round. By my late 40s I started having more issues on long runs with IT&hellip;</p>
