<p>1248 Florida Ave NW, Washington, DC 20009</p>
<p>Since its going to be hot out, we will be focusing on anerobic work. The workout is floating 200s: 8-12x 200 @ 1-3k pace 200 easy jog. </p>

<p>Due to the large group workouts at Bannaker, Cordozo will work better. Therefore, following this week, we will meet there. </p>
<p>Todays workout is “Elimination 400s” <span>where you do as many 400s as possible with 30 seconds of rest. You are &#8220;eliminated&#8221; if&hellip;</span></p>

<p>5x1k @ 5k &#8211; 10k pace</p>

<p>400m @ 2 mile pace</p>
<p>800m @ 5k</p>
<p>1200m @ 10k</p>
<p>1600m @ HM</p>
<p>If you are feeling brave you can descend as well 🙂</p>
