Every Tuesday from April 14 until end October, the DC Tri club hosts a group meetup at Banneker Track (2500 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001). We meet at 6:30, do intros and do our workout.

Workouts take around an hour. Feel free to do the workout of the week or bring your own!

Crossing Currents is great on Sundays but she’s on hiatus until mid-Aug this year

Check out Sandy point or triton beach for some nice swim opportunities and hope you find some other people for this Sunday!

Great work out there today everyone! It was a TOUGH day! Amazing to see so many athletes giving it their all!

Some had great races, some (like me) faced some real disappointments, but regardless, 120 DC Tri people participated and so many others came out to cheer!
